Infinigate Global Services are seeking a confident Administrator to join their POS Reporting Team within Finance. This role acts as the bridge between our Sales and Operations teams and our Vendors, managing the rebate process. In this fast-paced role, the successful candidate will thrive by being highly resourceful with strong time management and prioritising skills. This unique role will utilise a breadth of administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Excel. This is a hybrid role, 2 days working from home, and 3 days based at our rural offices in South Cerney. Due to our location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is beneficial. We are also pleased to offer this role as a part-time opportunity 25+ hours per week, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the (Ship & Debt) S&D control account for the Vendor, and all aspects of reconciliation and aging management of the sub-ledger account for the Vendor.
  • Producing metrics / KPI’s for Infinigate management.
  • Strict control of any write-off’s following company guidelines.
  • Liaising with internal staff members in an organised and professional manner (sales, purchasing, warehousing and finance management).
  • The point person for operational management of the process with the Vendor’s POS team, and therefore minimising any risk of claim rejection.
  • To manage the input of the credit memos from the Vendor to clear the account in a diligent and organised manner.
  • Production of the POS claims to the Vendor speeding up the current timetable, and any supplementary claims.
  • Ensuring the current process undergoes continual review, improvement and documentation
  • Providing cover for the other Vendors in the POS process.

General Skills

  • Experience in process documentation and testing would be beneficial.
  • Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A good level of Microsoft Excel knowledge, which will be competency tested at 2nd stage interview.

Personal requirements

  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and with the desire to diligently reconcile and manage the account
  • Strong perseverance to ensure we claim the maximum rebates available from the vendor(s).
